We’re Jenny Dunkin and Shelley Haisman – sisters, authors, and co–founders of Abundantly Favored, a faith–based movement that helps people renew their minds, reshape their words, and rediscover the abundant life God designed for them.
We grew up in Belmond, Iowa, in a big Catholic family of six kids where laughter was loud, love was steady, and faith was the heartbeat of our home. Our parents taught us that gratitude can change your outlook, perseverance builds character, and joy can be found even in the messy moments. Those lessons became the foundation for how we see life, and how we now help others see theirs.
Our lives have followed remarkably similar paths – teachers, wives, moms, entrepreneurs, and encouragers – walking through many of the same seasons side by side. Each chapter of our story has deepened our belief in one unshakable truth: your wordsmatter.
